As our Marketing & Training Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the development and implementation of regional and local marketing strategies and activities within our Region International Markets for our over-the-counter and consumer health portfolio. Your contribution will guarantee the growth of sales and revenue of our portfolio in our regions EMEA, LATAM and APAC.


  • Definition of regional marketing strategies to further develop our consumer health portfolio with consideration for local requirements within the distribution partner business
  • Identification of optimization and expansion opportunities and embrace suitable measures, e.g. launch of new products or in new countries

  • Regional marketing support for distribution partners, this includes, among other things, the identification and implementation of improvement potentials for existing product positioning and services, as well as the development and advancement of implementation of marketing plans with partners

  • Planning and execution of B2B and B2C events, e.g. launch, KOL or training events, symposia and congresses
  • Budget responsibility for the marketing budget of the relevant brands

  • Development of concepts and strategies that continue to expand the business with distribution partners, including active competition monitoring, analysis of existing business, creation of business cases and calculation of overall returns on investments

  • Management of annual brand plan processes, including coordination with distribution partners, keeping track of implementation and best practice sharing

  • Establishment and management of positive and sustainable KOL relationships


  • University degree in business or economics with focus on Marketing

  • Profound experience in a comparable position in the field of pharma or FMCG

  • Experience in marketing with digital media, as well as a well-developed medical understanding

  • Fluent in English, German and other foreign languages are desirable

  • Results-oriented mindset and the ability to act in a challenging environment
  • Very good training and presentation skills, as well as strong communication skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively and diplomatically with inter-cultural strength
