Creating passion: your responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT services, ensuring the development, continuous improvement and maintenance of the IT service management system
- Oversee the enterprise-wide budgeting process for information technology, including strategic planning and financial management
- Develop and maintain the organizational structure and staffing for IT, ensuring all personnel are adequately qualified
- Contribute to the Liebherr Group Strategy & Process development, actively driving compliance and capability management
- Manage all enterprise IT subsidiaries, including organizational processes, security and standards
- Ensure realization of Information security requirements and IT compliance
Contributing your strengths: your qualifications
- Degree in Information technology or equivalent
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in a senior IT leadership role, with a track record of success in developing and executing IT strategies in a complex business environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Experience managing IT projects, budgets and resources, with a focus on delivering results on time and within budget. Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to IT governance, security and compliance
- Flexibility, commitment and resilience with a strong sense of responsibility and vision for technological innovation
- Fluent in English (C1), good knowledge of French or German
