We are looking for you, located in Trier or 100 % remote in Germany as a

Product Manager (m/f/d) Patient Portal
  • Workflow orientated product management for a Patient Portal (web portal and mobile app)
  • Ensuring KHZG FTB2 readiness including interoperability (ISiK, FHIR) and data privacy
  • Ensuring smooth user orientated workflows in interaction with ORBIS
  • Analysis, prioritization and implementation of market requirements and trends
  • Conception and validation of development requirement in close cooperation with end-users, UX designers and development teams
  • Communication with our customers and development partners
  • Identifying and resolving dependencies on other teams
  • Definition of User-Journeys in cooperation with UX designers
  • Definition and implementation of product roadmap and strategy
  • Driving the digitalization of clinical admission and treatment processes
  • Preparation of manuals and product documentation

  • A successfully completed degree in the field of health care or product management, alternatively an equivalent combination of education and professional experience (ideally from the hospital sector)
  • More than 5 years' experience in Software Product Management or equivalent
  • More than 2 years' experience hospital patient admission and treatment processes or equivalent
  • Enjoy challenges and finding solutions
  • Very well structured and organized
  • Very good knowledge of clinical processes
  • Affinity for value-oriented digitalization
  • Very strong human relations skills
  • Excellent communication skills in German (mandatory) and English (French is a plus)
  • KHZG knowledge would be an advantage
