We are looking for you, located in Trier or 100 % remote in Germany as a
Product Manager (m/f/d) Patient Portal
- Workflow orientated product management for a Patient Portal (web portal and mobile app)
- Ensuring KHZG FTB2 readiness including interoperability (ISiK, FHIR) and data privacy
- Ensuring smooth user orientated workflows in interaction with ORBIS
- Analysis, prioritization and implementation of market requirements and trends
- Conception and validation of development requirement in close cooperation with end-users, UX designers and development teams
- Communication with our customers and development partners
- Identifying and resolving dependencies on other teams
- Definition of User-Journeys in cooperation with UX designers
- Definition and implementation of product roadmap and strategy
- Driving the digitalization of clinical admission and treatment processes
- Preparation of manuals and product documentation
- A successfully completed degree in the field of health care or product management, alternatively an equivalent combination of education and professional experience (ideally from the hospital sector)
- More than 5 years' experience in Software Product Management or equivalent
- More than 2 years' experience hospital patient admission and treatment processes or equivalent
- Enjoy challenges and finding solutions
- Very well structured and organized
- Very good knowledge of clinical processes
- Affinity for value-oriented digitalization
- Very strong human relations skills
- Excellent communication skills in German (mandatory) and English (French is a plus)
- KHZG knowledge would be an advantage
