- Lead the finance work stream for international buy-side and sell-side M&A projects across all business units
- Coordinate and execute finance due diligence processes and steer external advisors
- Translate financial due diligence findings into key decision maker customized communication
- Review transaction agreements from a financial perspective
- Coordinate all finance related integration matters post-closing
- Ensure corporate governance throughout the process
- University degree in finance, accounting, or controlling
- Several years of M&A and finance, accounting or controlling experience, preferably at a multinational corporate
- Advanced experience in MS Excel and in working analytically with structured data
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Highly motivated, reliable team player with a performance mindset
- Fluent English language skills, German language skills are beneficial
