What you'll do:
• Lead a group of Engineers and Designers in Sales Order Engineering activities
• Ensures excellence in Engineering through the use of best practice methods, engineering processes and tools
• Establish balanced scorecard metrics and improve the team's performance in alignment to the goals
• Review and approve technical documentation including drawings, specifications, calculations, customer documentation, test plans and technical reports
• Drive innovation, utilize Eaton's PROLaunch-NPD methodology to provide engineering deliverables in product line NPI projects
• Maintain close liaison with technical sales, plant operations and project management during the development, design and maintenance of products to ensure on-time delivery, conformance to product, industry and customer specifications, and product maintenance improvements (cost & quality)
• Support Continuous Improvement and Digitalization projects for a future-ready organization
Your qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master of Science in Engineering field from an accredited university
- A minimum of 3 years of engineering experience in the process equipment industry and management experience
- Experienced in using engineering tools e.g. CAD, FEM, PLM and EDM
- Effective English language communication skills ,
- Experienced in leading change
- Strong analytical skills, business acumen and project management skills
We appreciate:
- Pressure vessel design and experience and familiarity of associated manufacturing principles
- Knowledge of pressure vessel codes (AD2000, EN13445 and ASME Section VIII)
- Experience with filtration hardware and media
- A thorough technical knowledge of the product lines including product design, test and evaluation, and the manufacturing methods and processes
