Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director Marketing to join our team. The Director Marketing will be responsible for leading and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive user growth (traffic generation), fuel lead generation efforts, Brand & PR and CRM. This role will play a crucial part in shaping our company's growth trajectory in the digital landscape. The role is reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer.


  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to scale and strengthen the company's marketplaces in the market
  • Drive traffic generation through paid performance marketing channels, including but not limited to PPC, display advertising, and social media advertising
  • Develop and oversee lead generation strategies to generate high-quality leads to support the sales teams' efforts
  • Utilize CRM systems effectively to manage customer data and optimize marketing campaigns for better targeting and personalization
  • Lead the creation and execution of public relations initiatives to enhance brand reputation and visibility
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and other teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously innovate and optimize marketing strategies

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven track record of success in marketing leadership roles within the internet, software, SaaS or e-commerce industry
  • Extensive experience in developing and executing marketing strategies incl. Brand & PR
  • Strong understanding of paid performance marketing channels and lead generation tactics
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing analytics tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing multiple teams
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results under pressure
  • You are fluent in English (spoken and written), proficiency in additional languages is a plus
