Nagase (Europa) GmbH is a trading subsidiary of the Japanese Nagase & Co. LTD based in Düsseldorf. Our focus lies on the areas of special and fine chemicals, plastics, pharmaceuticals, enzymes and products for electrical and semiconductor industries. From our European headquarters in Düsseldorf and offices in London, Budapest and Lyon, we offer our customers specific solutions, products and services of the highest possible quality.


  • Visualize, facilitate, optimize and coordinate the full order cycle from start to finish
  • Driving sales growth both within existing accounts as well as identifying new commercial opportunities within the assigned region
  • Assist in coordinating new product launches in the region
  • Maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends in designated market to anticipate changing customer needs; proactively manage customer base
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust


  • University degree or similar education
  • Experience in sales & marketing as well as business development of chemical products, preferably in a globally positioned enterprise
  • Hands on experience with MS Office
  • Proficient English spoken and writing skills
  • Excellent cross-cultural communications skills and adaptability in Europe and Asia
  • Driver's license and willingness to travel
