meaningful & challenging - Your tasks

  • As part of our team, you will take responsibility for the shared CMDB, its integrity, the functionalities based on it and usability in close coordination with the business areas.
  • You can independently carry out technical changes on the platform or assess and understand a developer's implementations.
  • You will establish a close relationship with key stakeholder and pro-actively initiate process improvements.
  • You will take over the role as ServiceNow Data Owner and be SPoC for the EDH and Data Security Officer
  • You will provide utmost transparency through data insights to our customers, by using the capabilities of ServiceNow.
  • By analysing ServiceNow data, you will deepen the knowledge about the usage of ServiceNow. With this information you are helping our customers and our team to utilize ServiceNow more efficiently.
  • You will also support the ServiceNow team on its current DevOps journey by actively participating in all knowledge sharing activities and actively taking over to a later point of time DevOps activities in the team.
  • You will ensure our team has an appropriate and comprehensive documentation of processes, procedures, and specifications you have been working on.
  • You will contribute from a platform perspective to the set-up of an end user portal.

authentic & ambitious - Your profile

  • Several years of experience in the realm of ServiceNow platform.
  • Practical experience in agile and DevOps way of working.
  • Experience in Data analysis and visualisation using ServiceNow capabilities is required.
  • Previous experience as ServiceNow developer, as well as CSS and HTML5 knowledge is advantageous.
  • Excellent and effective communication skills and the ability to clearly describe complex topics.
  • Capable of managing complex-tasks and very good project management skills.
  • Fluent English and German language skills are essential.
