Job Description
The Selective Toys business at Circana works with some of the most well-known and exciting companies in the world. Are you passionate about the Toys industry? Do you have an opinion on which companies are doing things right and which companies should be doing things better?
Our Toys team is seeking a Senior Account Manager, Client Development who is responsible for building relationships with our clients, providing them with value-added insights and driving revenue within our accounts.
  • You prepare and present marketing research findings to high level decisions makers, incorporating industry and client knowledge into your in-depth analysis
  • You provide actionable recommendations to client leadership teams to help them grow their business and gain market share
  • Understand the dynamics of each client's organization and penetrate the account base to identify applications for Circana products and services
  • Support the contract negotiation process with clients in order to achieve/exceed revenue objectives
  • Partner with cross-functional departments and teams to ensure success for the business

Requirements
  • You have an educational background in Business and Marketing, with at least 5 years of experience within client services, account management or sales
  • You have a good knowledge of Point-of-Sales panel and/or Consumer Panel research. You must be able to analyse quantitative research and provide customer oriented insights
  • You are able to conduct engaging and impactful presentations that deliver value to the client while telling a compelling story in a concise manner to a diverse audience
  • With a collaborative approach to work, you are able to build solid relationships with European teams; and have the ability to network in the professional and industry environment
  • Overall we are looking an enthusiastic and innovative person with a real passion & knowledge for the Toys industry
  • You have a strong knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
  • You are fluent in German and in English
