  • Preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS
  • Perform consolidations for internal and external reporting
  • Preparation and optimization of the management reporting, with a strong focus on sales controlling
  • Prepare weekly sales reporting and facilitate sales call with the sales and management team
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and standards
  • Participation in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
  • Conducting budget controls and analysis to assist management in making financial decisions
  • Implementation of target/actual comparisons and deviation analyses
  • Preparation of detailed financial analyses to evaluate business development
  • Preparation of ad-hoc reports and analyses for the management and other departments
  • Support the introduction, development and optimization of reporting tools and processes (Netsuite)
  • Identification and implementation of improvements in the existing controlling processes

  • Completed business studies with a focus on controlling, finance or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in a manufacturing company
  • Ideally experience in working in an international environment
  • Good knowledge of accounting according to IFRS, HGB is a plus
  • Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel; Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Sage, Oracle) is an advantage
  • Knowledge in the preparation and analysis of financial reports
  • Good analytical skills and a structured way of working
  • High degree of initiative, reliability, and ability to work in a team
  • Good communication skills and assertiveness
  • Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken, knowledge of German is a plus
