be involved in the organization and support of sales and clinical training events (virtual, hybrid and face to face) within our Marketing organization.
Support the Capability Development Program Manager with:

Projects, such as new product introductions with challenging timelines and many different stakeholders

Training content creation and deployment for sales trainings in international settings

The development of learning journeys/curricula based on key areas of responsibility of our Sales and Clinical Application Specialist teams

Training events organization and management

You are currently studying in the field of Business, Economics, Business Administration, Education Science, Education for Business and Economics or a similar field of study

You have first experience working with project deadlines and are comfortable to handle various tasks at the same time

You have experience with MS Office, especially with Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Excel

You are a team player with strong communication skills

You have very good English language skills
- Salary: depending on your previous experience and your current studies, your salary will range between 17.07 €/h and 19.12 €/h
