Hollingsworth & Vose GmbH (H&V) is a global leader in engineered media with a focus on filtration and separation. The product portfolio includes filter media made of cellulose, micro glass fibers, synthetic fibers and composites for applications in the automotive industry, ventilation and air conditioning, clean rooms, respiratory protection and water treatment. In addition, H&V supplies battery separators to all leading battery manufacturers. H&V operates 13 plants on three continents.

We are looking for a highly motivated sales personality who, as a Key Account Manager (f/m/d), will focus on our customers in the filtration sector and further strengthen our European sales team (location Frankfurt area). In this role, the job holder is responsible for overall customer care and business development. The position is made possible as a hybrid in combination with home office.
  • Serving existing key customers and developing the business profitably by developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Understand customer/market trends and translate this knowledge into technical/commercial solutions
  • Customer representative within H&V with relevant interfaces
  • Acquisition of comprehensive knowledge of H&V processes, products and applications
  • Confident use of the MS Office package, creation of sales reports, presentations and forecast planning

  • Successfully completed studies as an industrial engineer or commercial studies with technical affinity
  • Experience in the filtration industry with a focus on industrial applications or with a solid automotive background
  • Sales and negotiation skills with at least 5 years of professional experience
  • High communication skills, openness, problem solving skills
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 25 %)
  • Ability to move in a multinational environment
  • Business fluent German and English language skills; additional language skills are a plus.
