Technical Project Manager (f/m/x) Battery Development
in Munich or Bad Friedrichshall near Heilbronn, Germany

As a member of our Engineering Department, you'll develop the battery systems of the future. You can look forward to a steep learning curve, a state-of-the-art test environment and fascinating projects.


  • You'll lead the engineering and validation team of up to 60 engineers and report on technical status and potential escalations to VA management and the customer.
  • In addition, you'll plan and track system supply engineering projects and are also responsible for budget planning and follow-up of engineering projects.
  • Furthermore, you'll interface with the project manager as a member of the core project team and with customer engineering.
  • Lastly, the technical product will be released by you and you will track KPIs of the engineering project.

  • Completed studies in electrical engineering, automotive engineering, mechatronics or similar
  • Several years' experience in similar position and strong automotive system business project management skills
  • Deep understanding of work package planning and according resource planning as well as Experience with HV battery systems for automotive and of automotive norms and automotive release process incl. documentation
