  • Coordinates and maintains records of project timelines with academic collaborations, ensuring their successful execution
  • Keep a running agenda that ensures regular coordination with all relevant stakeholders for ongoing tasks, in particular coordination of collaborations with academia, shaping collaborative research legal contracts, interfacing with other functions within Roche, and managing grant-related reporting to the Bavarian State Government
  • Refines data and produces PowerPoint slide decks for top management and/or external stakeholders and ensures they are available and documented in a timely manner
  • Generation of comprehensive protocols derived from various meetings/workshops. These are addressing varied and highly complex scientific projects. Most of them involve external major Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and partners of Roche interacting with us on specific projects for which we have collaboration contracts in place
  • Ensure regular coordination of idea-exchange with stakeholders to devise strategies for internal and external visibility
  • Acts as a point of contact and communicates and collaborates with internal and external partners/stakeholders
  • Responsible for solution-specific support and organization of cross-functional meetings and workshops as well as troubleshooting content as appropriate for specific research projects involving KOLs and academic partners

  • You hold a master's degree in biotechnology or related field
  • We can trust in your ability to learn fast, organize and ensure tracking of activities
  • Strong analytical skills in order to summarize complex information effectivel
  • Due to your strong team spirit you enjoy working in international and interdisciplinary teams and you are willing to learn and to explore new fields and share your knowledge and expertise within your colleagues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as fluency in both English and German
  • Have experience in the field of infectious disease
  • Have experience working in collaborations between industry and academia
