New Technology Engineer f/m/d
- Management and execution of innovation projects ensuring future company success
- Participate in idea generation and evaluation sessions / workshops, and leveraging them by scoping of innovation projects
- Support the technology road mapping process by defining a technology development strategy for selected areas
- Perform technology intelligence and scouting in line with our strategic ambitions
- Build-up and maintain networks with relevant external partners like universities, technical specialists, or other sources of innovation
- Supervision of working/thesis students
- Support of IP process and evaluation of IP prospects
- Background as engineer on master level (mechatronic, mechanic, hydraulic, electronic, or comparable) with at least 3 years' experience in research and/or product development
- Curious and passionate technologist with hands-on personality
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to solve challenges independently
- Fluent English (speaking and writing), Swedish or German is a bonus
- Excellent presentation and moderation skills
- Team player, able to motivate and guide people
- Experiences with embedded software programming or data analytics would be a bonus
