» Your responsibilities:

  • Supervising the cross-product tender management, operational account management and pricing functions
  • Collaboration with relevant stakeholders, departments and teams within the Hellmann organization to support our international automotive logistics customers
  • Working with our global automotive customers on tenders, price inquiries and new business opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with the Global Account Manager to support our international customers in the Hellmann Automotive Logistics division
  • Optimizing processes and results as well as analyzing data and making strategic decisions
  • Functional and disciplinary leader of the opportunity management team in the automotive sector
  • Supporting team members in improving their skills and achieving new goals in their careers
  • Conducting employee appraisals, performance reviews and participating in recruitment interviews

» Your key skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
  • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within the automotive industry
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders
  • Fluent English skills, spoken and written
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to conquer challenges head-on
  • Proficiency in using CRM and sales management software to streamline processes and maximize efficiency.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel as needed to connect with our worldwide teams and customers
