What we are looking for:

To support us on our mission, we are looking for an experienced Talent Manager. In the role of Talent Manager, you will harness ambitious visions and strategically drive the progress of our entire organization. This entails a focus on pivotal People and Culture domains, including organizational development, professional development, the creation of a leadership framework, succession planning, and leading change and transformation initiatives. You will serve as an experienced and trusted partner throughout the organization.

  • Assess the organization's requirements for individual and organizational growth, along with strategic personnel matters
  • Design and deploy global Talent Management and Learning & Development processes, programs, and tools, guaranteeing their widespread adoption
  • Support the company in developing and retaining top talent through skill management, trainings, and succession planning strategies
  • Partner closely with our regional People Partners in developing the organization, supporting change and driving success
  • Consult the organization on global Talent and Learning trends
  • Conduct trainings for managers and employees


Basic Qualifications:

  • Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Several years of experience and expertise in Talent Management, personnel and organisational development
  • A strong sense of responsibility and a high degree of initiative and solution-orientatation
  • Strategic thinking, ability to analyse and reflect as well as and structured way of working
  • Strong communication skills across all levels and ability to work in a team
  • Systemic coaching, counselling training or training licence (Ausbidlerscheinein) desirable
  • Fluent German and English

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in developing initiatives from inception
  • Proven expertise in leading organizations through such transformations
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
  • Expertise in Change Management methodologies and tools to effectively guide organizational transformation
