We are looking to fill the position of
Associate IT Operations (gn)
full-time (40 hours/week). The contract is permanent and to start as soon as possible.
You are part of the IT-Operations Team. This includes monitoring and maintenance of internal hard- and software, and other tasks:
- Network incl. Firewall, WiFi, Virtualization Infrastructure and Telephony System
- Cloud Administration (M365, Exchange Online, Azure, etc.)
- Monitoring system infrastucture as well as backup and recovery jobs.
- Important task in this position is to keep all IT related documentations up to date.
- Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.
As a speciality you focus on IT security:
- You are responsible for the overall management of our IT security topics and ensure the security of all locations and their infrastructure. You will be responsible for application, interface and cloud security and will use your expertise to take our client/server security to a new level,
- Mentoring employees and train them for the importance of IT securit
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of IT server and network administration (2nd and 3rd level support),
- Experience with Microsoft M365, Azure and other cloud products is a must have.
- Good knowledge of security concepts, security analysis tools and the defense against cyber attacks in the office, production, cloud and mobile environment - ideally certified
- Confident handling of regulations and standards in the area of IT security (e.g. ISO 27001, BSI IT Grundschutz)
