We created the new role E-Commerce Manager with the responsibility for DACH countries.

E-Commerce Manager (m/f/d)


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive regional E-Commerce strategy for Germany, Austria and Switzerland
  • Localise the E-Commerce platform to align with regional preferences and market dynamics
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to integrate E-Commerce strategies with broader sales and marketing initiatives
  • Drive traffic to the website through effective digital marketing campaigns, SEO optimisation, and social media engagement
  • Working with the Group E-Commerce Director to optimise the online customer journey to improve conversion rates, leveraging analytics and customer insights
  • Increase average order value through upselling, cross-selling, and personalised marketing efforts
  • Implement customer retention strategies to ensure repeat sales, focusing on customer loyalty programs and outstanding customer service
  • Monitor and analyse E-Commerce performance metrics, providing regular reports to executive management and adjusting strategies as necessary
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and improve the E-Commerce offering

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce or related field. Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in E-Commerce management, with a proven track record in growing online sales channels
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, web analytics, customer acquisition, and retention strategies
  • Experience in sales and marketing collaboration, with the ability to align cross-functional teams towards common goals
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Outstanding communication and leadership abilities, capable of inspiring and managing a diverse team
  • Knowledge of the regional market, consumer behaviour, and digital trends
  • Strong written and spoken language skills in English and in German. French and Italian are desirable but not required
