Within the Data Excellence Team, you report to the Data Strategy Manager. The Data Excellence Team is at the heart of the Transformation and Development department aiming at accelerating the data strategic development of the Group in close cooperation with IT, business and operations teams.

As Data Strategy Intern, you are responsible for accompanying the Group on the key data transformation projects encompassing Data Governance deployment, Data tools and technologies and Data Science business project management as well as developing the data culture of the Group.

In this role, your primary responsibilities include:

  • Data governance
    • Support the deployment of the data governance and the data governance tool in the Group
    • Monitor and put in place the right KPIs to monitor success
    • Support the implementation of a Data Quality framework
  • Data tools and technologies
    • Identify potential tools and/or service providers that could benefit the development of data science within the Group
    • Specify business needs for the deployment of a modern data stack (e.g., Analytics Data Hub, ML Ops Platform)
    • Empower teams in the use of BI tools
  • Data Science Project Management
    • Identify data use cases that can support business development
    • Support business teams in formalizing the needs and building the business cases
  • Data Culture
    • Drive the development of data culture in the Group
    • Support the animation of data science and business intelligence communities as well as data events within the Group
    • Be the ambassador of the Data Culture Development program within the Group
    • Conduct a technology watch in data science (DL, ML, Data Viz, Big Data,...) & applications to the financial sector

  • Bachelor Degree in Business or Engineering
  • Good understanding of the Banking & Finance sector
  • First experience in data, finance or consulting is valued
  • Proactive, curious, team player, international outlook
  • Good communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Professional working proficiency English and German, French is a plus
