Together we are going to discover, develop and test new products along the whole customer journey, on- and offline. In agile and diverse teams we will revolutionize the way of travelling.

As a "Working Student – CRM Marketing (all genders)", you will be responsible for creating and distributing our Eurowings and Eurowings Holidays newsletters to subscribers. You will work together with our CRM, Design, and Content Teams to set up engaging marketing, informative, inspirational and partner email campaigns.

As Working Student – CRM Marketing (all genders), you will support us with the following tasks and responsibilities:

  • Design and create engaging newsletters that align with our brand voice and marketing goals
  • Collect feedback from subscribers and internal stakeholders to refine newsletter content and delivery
  • Support with A/B testing on email content, subject lines, and layouts to optimize performance
  • Ensure emails render correctly across various devices and email clients
  • Coordinate the timely scheduling and deployment of email campaigns
  • Monitor email delivery and troubleshoot any issues that arise during deployment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure email campaigns align with overall marketing actions, timelines, and plans
  • Work closely with content creators, designers, and product teams to gather necessary materials for campaigns
  • Analyze and report on the performance of email campaigns

  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Being an active/enrolled student with a university or university of applied sciences
  • Proficient user of MS Office (especially Excel and Power Point) or similar software
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and perform well under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
