In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the management and delivery of multiple leadership programs aimed at both frontline and mid-level leaders. Delivery of programs will include both virtual and in person delivery.

A key aspect of the role involves applying industry-specific knowledge and best practices to recommend customized leadership learning solutions that includes developing group-based sessions, individual coaching opportunities, and organization-wide initiatives to foster leadership development.

Relationship management will also be a significant focus of your role, particularly in a consulting capacity, building and nurturing productive partnerships across various stakeholders, including peers, key partners, and internal leaders across multiple countries.

Encouraging a culture of innovation and maintaining a growth mindset will also be key aspects of your role. This will require continuous research into industry trends and the recommendation of assessment tools that align with organizational objectives.


  • Manage and deliver multiple leadership development programs aimed at both frontline and mid-level leaders.

  • Delivery of programs will include both virtual and in person delivery.

  • Apply industry-specific knowledge and best practices to recommend customized leadership learning solutions that includes developing group-based sessions, individual coaching opportunities, and organization-wide programs.

  • Relationship management and internal leadership development consulting with various global stakeholders and leaders.

  • Collaborate extensively with learning and development colleagues and business partners on projects and learning programs.

  • Conduct continuous research into industry trends and the recommendation of assessment tools that align with organizational objectives and leadership programs.

  • Role requires flexibility in schedule to support our global leadership audience across multiple time zones.


  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certifications preferred.

  • 5+ years of leadership development, talent management, or succession planning experience.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and virtual learning platforms like MS Team/Zoom.

  • Certifications in leadership assessments (e.g., MBTI, 360) preferred.

  • Bilingual skills required (English fluency); additional languages preferred.

  • Experience supporting a global audience is advantageous.

  • Knowledge of Adult Learning Principles.

  • Strong background in leadership development and coaching.

  • Experience with training programs for various leadership levels.

  • Intermediate Project Management skills.

  • Ability to collaborate across organizational levels.

  • Willingness to support leaders in multiple countries and time zones, with up to 40% travel or office work as needed.

  • Technology experience, especially with Salesforce and DOMO, beneficial.
