Client Success Management (75%):

  • Serve as the primary operational liaison between clients and Benify.
  • Be the point of contact for operational issue resolution/problem-solving.
  • Take ownership of customer relationship management and its processes.
  • Support Key Account Managers in nurturing long-term client relationships.
  • Handle technical tasks to maintain and enhance customer value and manage a wide range of client errands varying in complexity.
  • Educate and ensure active client utilization of the solution, as well as hold, attend and participate in client meetings and calls as required .
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • End-user support (25%):Work in the help desk and be responsible for end-user support for our German clients.

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a client facing role, for example in customer service, B2B or B2C.
  • Professional language skills in German and English is required.
  • A university degree in technology or another relevant field.

It's a big advantage, thus not required if you also have

  • Professional language skills in Dutch.
  • Experience working with troubleshooting.
  • Experience working with project management or another coordinating role
    SaaS or software experience
