As a Senior Controller (m/w/d) you are part of the Group Controlling Team of four people who are located at our Headquarters in Hamburg. As a team, we are responsible for analyzing ParshipMeet Group's financial results, driving our segment–wide planning processes and creating our monthly shareholder reporting. We dive deep into business for centralized functions like HR, Legal and IT costs, where we take over analytical and reporting responsibility. This position offers the opportunity to play an active role in shaping processes and structures within our continuously evolving Controlling and Finance community.


  • You have several years of professional experience in controlling
  • You have managed projects in controlling and have experience in the use of modern analysis tools (PowerBI or comparable solutions)
  • You have a wide range of experience in cost center structures
  • You have a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
  • You are proficient in both German and English

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Very good knowledge of cost and performance accounting, knowledge of financial accounting (IFRS), business fundamentals and interrelationships as well as technical understanding
  • Experienced with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture
  • Ability to influence others through effective verbal and written communication and to drive projects across an organization
  • You demonstrate a strong analytical and structured way of thinking and working
  • You feel comfortable in a flexible environment and inspire people with your friendly personality
  • You think entrepreneurially, look beyond the obvious, and can confidently express your opinions

  • You will actively drive the further development of Group Controlling and, as a competent contact person, make a significant contribution to the continuous improvement of management decision-making
  • You are responsible for the analysis of monthly financial statements for our companies
  • You Identify and investigate variances to plan, forecast, and prior year, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights
  • You expand business partnering for our group divisions and strengthen the group's controlling
  • You will be responsible for internal cost allocation for all our subsidiaries
  • You support us in the implementation of the group-wide harmonized controlling functions and processes like groupwide cost center structure, reports and analysis tool(s)
  • You are solely responsible for coordinating the group-wide Forecast and Budget planning process
