- Interdisciplinary management of technical investment or optimization projects, including risk and stakeholder management
- Creating and tracking project plans in collaboration with the specialist departments
- Tracking important project milestones and budget responsibility for project costs
- Participation in the planning of maintenance and operating costs as well as budget and investment planning
- Preparing decision papers and assisting in the decision-making process
- Management and coordination of external partners and suppliers as well as supervision of external service providers for maintenance and repair measures
- Creating and reviewing of requirement and functional specifications
- Analyzing weak points and initiating and implementing process improvements
- Supporting national and international inspections
- Engineering degree in the field of process or pharmaceutical engineering, alternatively comparable qualification paired with several years of professional experience
- Comprehensive knowledge in the field of pharmaceutical process engineering and GMP
- Experience in supplier management as well as project management and technical leadership of small teams
- Experienced handling of MS Office, in particular MS Project and MS Visio, and ideally SAP
- Very good knowledge of English and German, both written and verbal
