TT-Line is one of the leading ferry companies in the Baltic Sea, using modern ferries between Germany, Poland, Lithuania and Sweden. TT-Line carries over 1,000,000 passengers and more than 500,000 freight units annually on its 4 routes, making it the market leader in southern Sweden traffic. TT-Line currently employs around 900 people on board and in the land offices in Travemünde, Rostock, Trelleborg, Karlshamn, Świnoujście / Szczecin and Klaipėda.
To strengthen our Freight Sales department, we are looking at our location in Travemünde as soon as possible for an:
Employee for Pricing & Invoicing (m/f/d)- Responsibility for the daily pricing and invoicing routine
- Creating, reviewing and submitting invoices to our customers
- Analyzing and resolving errors in the invoicing process
- Handling invoicing claims and issuing credit notes
- Creating and adjusting customer accounts and implementing their conditions
- Managing and maintaining customer information within the invoicing system
- Reviewing freight agreements for plausibility
- Maintaining rate and surcharge tables
- Training in office management, forwarding merchant or comparable
- First working experiences in the described field of responsibility is preferred
- Good numerical skills
- Analytical thinking
- Demonstrate ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and written
- Proficient in both written and verbal communication in German and English
- Independent, structured and precise way of working
- Safe use of the common MS Office products, specially Excel
