Yitzhak D Stern Proud To Announce A 2023 $1,000 College/University Scholarship Essay Contest

The Yitzhak D Stern Grant is a program designed to support students in their pursuit of higher education. The scholarship is open to students from all backgrounds, but priority will be given to those who demonstrate financial need.

The Yitzhak D Stern Grant will provide financial assistance to cover the cost of tuition, fees, and other education-related expenses.

To apply for the Yitzhak D Stern Grant, students will need to fill out an application form and provide transcripts, a resume, and an essay question. A committee will review the applications and select the recipients based on the criteria established by the scholarship program.

Award Details:

• A $1,000 prize to the essay contest winner.
• Scholarship award funds will be sent directly to the scholarship winner’s University/College.

Deadline

The deadline to enter is March 1st, 2023.

• The winner will be selected by March 15th, annually
• Disbursement of awards by March 20th, annually

Essay Contest Guidline 2023

We want students to write an essay on given topic. You’ll submit your essay on the application form.

Essay question: Explain how you have overcome financial difficulties or other obstacles in your life, and how will receiving this scholarship help you achieve your goals and contribute to your community?

• Essay submissions should be no less than 600 words.
• All essays will be evaluated based on their content quality, originality, and practicality.
• The essay must be 100% original content. We recommend citing any sources that you quote.

Eligibility Requirements

To be qualify for the scholarship competition, candidates must complete the following requirements:

• You must be currently enrolled at college/university in the U.S.
• No minimum GPA is required.
• You must be at least 18 years old when you enter.
• You must submit an essay by March 1, 2023.

Additional Scholarship Details

• The winning candidate will be selected by a panel of judges from Yitzhak D Stern Grant

The scholarship funds will be paid directly to winner’s college or university to be used for tuition, books, or other fees.
