2nd International Interdisciplinary Conference on Gender Studies and the Status of Women -WomenBeing
The 2nd International Interdisciplinary Conference on Gender Studies and the Status of Women (WomenBeing Conference), will be held in Edinburgh (Scotland, UK), from the 9th to the 12th October 2018.
This conference will be composed of a welcoming reception in the evening of the 9th of October, talks and workshops on the 10th and 11th October, and end on the 12th of October with the International Feminist Video-Art Festival: Fem Tour Edinburgh.
Main dates and details are:
• 31st of June 2018: Submission of abstracts
• 10th of July 2018: Notification of acceptance of abstracts
• 10th of August 2018: Submission of full papers
• Early bird registration: 9th of September 2018
In this edition of the WomenBeing Conference we will have:
- One award for the best communication (refund of the registration fee and certificate of best communication)
- Registration fee includes coffee-breaks, lunches, merchandising of the conference, publication of all works in the e-books of abstracts and full papers, certificates of attendance and presentation, and access to all workshops and activities of the event.
- Papers must be written and presented in English.
- Selected papers will be published in the journals associated to the conference
