Jay Seinfeld is the founder of the Jay Seinfeld Scholarship, an initiative dedicated to supporting students in their academic pursuits. With a rich educational background from institutions like the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and New York University Law School, Jay has always valued education. His professional journey, from leading Traditions Capital Management, LLC to his tenure at KPMG Peat Marwick, showcases his commitment to excellence. Through this scholarship, Jay hopes to empower the next generation of scholars.

In the professional realm, Jay’s accomplishments are manifold. Since taking the reins of Traditions Capital Management, LLC in 2006, he has transformed it into a powerhouse in the private equity and MCA Funding sectors. His leadership prowess was evident even before, during his tenure as CEO of MBC Direct, where he steered the company to become a leader in lead generation and direct media. Additionally, his stint as a tax expert at the gloåbally acclaimed KPMG Peat Marwick further solidified his reputation in the financial sector.

Eligibility.

Be enrolled in an accredited college or university in the United States.

Be in good academic standing with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.

International students who are legally authorized to study in the United States are eligible.

Write an Essay.

Please write a 600+ word essay on the topic: “If you became Secretary General of the United Nations, which current issue would you attempt at addressing first? Why?”

Send the completed essay to us using our scholarship application form before January 15, 2024 with your full name, telephone number, email address, high school graduation date, proof of university enrollment, current GPA, and a quick summary about yourself.
