Jack Howley Scholarship
He understands the challenges that undergraduate students in the United States. The fact that there are no systems in place to make this important step simple is a problem with long term ramifications. For this reason, Jack Howley has taken the initiative, and established a scholarship program in his name, aimed at helping one student move forth, complete their undergraduate studies, and build a successful career.
The deserving student who wins the Jack Howley scholarship will see a deduction in their financial aid account of $1000. The award winner will have written an informative and engaging essay of 700-850 words addressing the following prompt.
“Share an especially difficult time in your life, and how you worked to overcame it”
Requirements:
Students who apply for the Jack Howley scholarship must meet the following criteria:
- Enrolled at an accredited US college or university.
- Undergraduate – Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior.
- Submit the essay based on the topic noted above.
Award amount:
- The Jack Howley scholarship will present a one-time award of $1,000.

Students must provide the following information via email, with their essay attached.

- Expected year of Graduation.
- University or College where currently enrolled
- Most recent GPA
- Biography of 200-250 words.
Deadlines:
All submissions must be received by December 15, 2021. The announcement date for the winning candidate will be on December 31, 2021.
Selection of the winner
The winning candidate will be informed via formal email. Funds will be sent directly to the students financial aid account.
